WARRANTY


PAMA hockey sticks have a 30-day warranty in case of a manufacturing defect. This means that if your stick breaks due to a manufacturing error, it will be replaced. We encourage you to check the stick before using it for the first time, and if something looks off, please contact us right away. Hockey is a contact sport, which means that sticks will inevitably break during games. However, our aim is to build the stick as durable as humanly possible , while our replace the blade service offers you another layer of protection, in case of a broken blade.

Did you break a blade?

If you have a PAMA PHX TITAN or a PAMA INLINE ONE, you’re in luck. We can replace the blade and you can save the shaft from ending up as landfill. Our replaceable blade is the only one of its kind at the professional level. Unfortunately, we can’t replace the blade on the PAMA PHX CARBON stick. Given that a light structure was essential to its design, it was impossible to offer a replaceable blade on this model.

Instructions:
1) First, we’re sorry that you can’t use your stick right now.

2) Make sure you’re in Finland. Unfortunately, the service is currently not available in other countries.

3) Take a picture of the broken section of the blade. Send the picture to us at reclamation@pamahockey.com and tell us that you want us to replace the blade.

4) Wait for a reply, as we examine the picture to make sure we can save your stick.

5) If we give the green light, and if the stick is otherwise unbroken, send it to our factory at:

4) Our manufacturing staff will examine the stick, replace the blade with a new one, and ship it all back to you as quickly as possible.
5) The price of blade replacement service is €67. The price includes a) removing the broken blade b) making and baking a new blade c) attaching the new blade and d) shipping your stick back to you. The price does not include your shipping cost for sending the stick to our factory.
