TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADE AND DELIVERY

On this page, you can find information on the terms and conditions of trade and delivery, on product returns and on complaints.

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE ONLINE STORE

The services and products in this online store are sold by Ultimate Hockey Corps Oy (Business ID 2693048-4) to adult persons in Finland. The product prices include value-added tax. We reserve the right to revise our prices and delivery fees.

PLACING AN ORDER

Products are generally ordered on the internet through the shopping basket on the www.pamahockey.com website.

All orders are confirmed by an e-mail that states the total price of the order and the products it includes. To receive an order confirmation, you must enter your e-mail address when placing your order.

By placing an order, you accept the terms and conditions of trade valid at the time. Please check your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Products must be paid for when placing an order.

The payment transmission service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (Business ID 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the recipient of the payment on your account statement or card invoice and it will transmit the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a licence to operate as a payment institution.

RIGHT TO RETURN PRODUCTS

Under the Consumer Protection Act, distance retailing customers who are consumers have the right to rescind a transaction and return products within fourteen (14) days of the date of purchase. The products must be returned unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. Please notify us if you wish to rescind your order by sending an e-mail to sales@pamahockey.com. After doing so, please send the products you are returning to:

The customer is responsible for paying the costs of returning a product.

Once we have received and inspected the product you have returned, we will send you a new one or refund your payment in full through the payment method you used for the purchase. We reserve the right to revise our terms of delivery and prices. Before placing an order, customers should read the terms of delivery valid at the time.

FAULTY OR WRONG PRODUCTS

If your product is damaged or if we have sent you the wrong product, you must notify us of this within seven (7) days of having received the product by sending an e-mail to sales@pamahockey.com.

PAMA ice hockey sticks do not come with a full warranty, but the manufacturers liability under the Consumer Protection Act covers products broken in normal use due to a manufacturing defect. If you suspect that your stick has a manufacturing defect, please follow the instructions above.

We reserve the right to revise our terms of trade. Before placing an order, customers should read the terms of trade valid at the time.

Ultimate Hockey Corps Oy processes all customer data confidentially. The data contained in our data file are not disclosed to third parties. The collection and processing of customer data are described in the Privacy Policy pursuant to sections 10 and 24 of the Personal Data Act (523/1999).
